What I do

Marketplaces with money

Escrow: holding payment and releasing it after the job · Platform commission and an in-app wallet · Free-slot computation and booking · Two-sided platforms with a partner cabinet

Payments

Card acquiring with holds and payouts · Subscriptions and recurring charges · Cryptocurrency and messenger currency · Local gateways for foreign markets

AI in the product

AI as an input method: a dialogue instead of a form · Vector search by meaning rather than words · An assistant answering from a procedure · A chat persona in the author's voice

Backend and infrastructure

Self-hosted platform: schema, row-level security, triggers, edge functions · An own Python API with a background job queue · Go agents managing servers · VPS deployment: web server, systemd, backups · Monitoring, error tracking, tests

Maps and geo

Routes with waypoints · Distance search and marker clustering · Coordinates in safety scenarios

Telegram

Bots and mini apps · Payments inside the messenger · A mini app working as the product checkout

Web and admin panels

Next.js with a CMS and an own database · Admin panels for moderation and partner management · PWA as a product's third platform

Design

I work with a designer, so layouts arrive finished instead of being invented during markup · Simpler interfaces and fixes I draw myself, without waiting on a contractor · Markup driven by Figma design tokens, not by screenshots of a mockup

How I work

No adjectives: every line here is backed by experience you can probe in a conversation.

  • I run a project without a manager: gathering requirements, estimating and owning the deadline
  • I fit into someone else's process — sprints, code review, tasks in a tracker — without bending it to my habits
  • I take the lead on work that needs people and decisions brought together
  • I explain technical decisions to a non-technical client, without jargon and without condescension
  • I say no and offer a cheaper route when the task calls for it
  • I mentor junior developers, which means I can explain and not only build

Also

  • Mentoring junior developers.
  • Entrepreneurial background: I read unit economics and understand where a product makes money.
